How do I withdraw money?

A guide to withdrawing money on the CARLTON Bonds platform.

If you change your mind about investing, you have the right to cancel your investment account within 14 days of CARLTON Bonds receiving your funds - or in the case of a transfer, within 14 days of CARLTON Bonds receiving your completed application. This is called the ‘cooling-off period’, within this time you can notify us that you wish to cancel without any need for explanation or incurring any fees, we will then return your money to the nominated UK bank account from which the funds were initially received. You will not receive any interest for the time that your funds were invested if you withdraw during the cooling-off period.

CARLTON Bonds offer fixed term bonds and, unless you cancel during the 14 day cooling-off period, you are not able to access your capital before the end of the investment term - which is between two and four years depending on the bond series you select. So, before investing into CARLTON Bonds, you must be certain that you will not require access to your funds before the term ends. The only exception to this is in the event of a bondholder’s death, where a redemption or transfer may be permitted.

It’s important to note that our target rates are not guaranteed. CARLTON Bonds products are investment products and your capital is at risk.
